that stays fabulous after multiple installations. As a result Forever Fab Extensions does not allow full refunds however, exchanges are permitted based on the following conditions:

Item being exchanged must be in the original packaging form. All tags must be intact meaning item must be unaltered, unopened, undamaged and unworn. Item must not be tampered with chemically or physically (can not be washed or co-washed, colored

or enlightened, cut, brushed or combed). Based on the item condition when returned we reserve the right to make the proper decision. If item being exchanged has been altered or tampered with exchange will not be granted.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00pm EST. All orders expected to processed and shipped 72 hours after ordered has been placed. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Please allow time to properly process your order for accuracy. Once orders are processed and shipped, orders will arrive within the time frame selected on the order form.
